Terms & Conditions for Students at
Sanskar International Preschool
Welcome to Sanskar International Preschool. We are dedicated to creating a nurturing and positive learning environment for all our students. To ensure smooth functioning and a safe, healthy space for everyone, we request that the following terms and conditions be adhered to:
1. Cleanliness and Hygiene
Students are expected to maintain cleanliness in all areas of the school, including classrooms, common areas, restrooms, and the school premises. It is essential to keep the environment tidy for the safety and well-being of all students.
2. Respect for Teachers and Staff
Teachers, staff, and all personnel at Sanskar International Preschool should be treated with respect and courtesy. Disrespectful behavior towards teachers or any member of the school staff will not be tolerated and may result in disciplinary action.
3. Damages and Losses
Any damages caused to school property, including furniture, equipment, or materials, will be the responsibility of the student and/or their guardian. The student or their guardian will be required to pay for the full cost of replacement or repair.
4. Misinformation About the School
The name, reputation, and integrity of Sanskar International Preschool must be respected at all times. Any form of misinformation, rumors, or negative statements made about the school, whether online or offline, will not be tolerated. Such actions may lead to disciplinary measures.
5. Timely Payment of Fees
Fees must be paid on time as per the fee structure provided by the school. Failure to pay fees within the stipulated time may result in the suspension of the student’s attendance or other necessary actions as per the school’s policies.
6. Uniform
The school uniform is compulsory for all students. Students must come to school in the prescribed uniform, which should be neat, clean, and worn in accordance with the school’s guidelines. Non-compliance may result in disciplinary actions.
7. Adherence to School Rules
All students are expected to follow the rules and regulations of the school. These rules are in place to maintain order, safety, and discipline. Failure to follow school rules may lead to corrective measures or consequences deemed necessary by the school administration.
8. Participation in Activities
Participation in extracurricular activities is compulsory for all students. These activities are designed to enhance the overall development of the students, and active participation is encouraged. Students are expected to engage in these activities responsibly.
9. Additional Fees for Special Activities
From time to time, students may be required to pay additional fees for activities, educational visits, events, or any special occasions organized by the school. These costs will be communicated to students and their guardians in advance.
10. School’s Right to Cancel Admission
The school reserves the right to take necessary actions, including canceling a student’s admission, if the student is found to be in violation of the school’s rules or engages in behavior that disrupts the well-being and harmony of the school community. Such decisions will be made in a fair and just manner and after due consideration.
11. Health and Safety
The health and well-being of students are the responsibility of their parents or guardians. It is advised that parents conduct regular health check-ups for their children. If a student is ill or unwell, parents should refrain from sending them to school to prevent the spread of illness to other students. Students should only return to school after they have fully recovered and are medically fit.
12. Transport
The transport of students to and from Sanskar International Preschool is the sole responsibility of the parents or guardians. The school is not responsible for any incidents, damages, or delays related to the transport arrangements. Parents must ensure that their child is safely transported to and from the school.
13. Final Authority
All school rules, policies, and decisions are final and binding. The school management has the ultimate authority to interpret and enforce these terms and conditions. Any disputes or concerns will be addressed by the school in accordance with its established procedures.
14. Conduct Outside School
The behavior of students outside of school premises, including on social media, should reflect the values and integrity of Sanskar International Preschool. The school reserves the right to intervene if a student’s actions off-campus negatively affect the school’s reputation.
15. Parental Involvement
Parents or guardians are encouraged to stay actively involved in the education and well-being of their children. Communication between the school and parents is essential for the academic success and overall development of the students
16. Amendments to Terms
Sanskar International Preschool reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions as necessary. Any changes will be communicated to the students and their guardians promptly.
